1. Finding a Book
Search Facility
The Search function on the left-hand side of every screen is the fastest way to find
what you are looking for. Search by Title, ISBN, Author or Keyword. Entering a specific
ISBN will take you straight to the book details for that ISBN.
Category Homepage
The site is split into 3 main category areas: Business, Careers and
Testing, and Reference. These are represented by the coloured tabs at the top of the
screen underneath the Kogan Page logo. Clicking on any of the tabs will take you to
the specified category homepage. Each of the homepages concentrates on the chosen
category and lists carefully selected featured, new and bestseller titles.
Find book by Subject
You can find books categorised by subject areas by either using the subject drop downs
on the homepage. On category pages (i.e. Business) only subjects for
that category are displayed. When a Subject area is clicked, you are taken to screen
which displays the most recent and bestselling titles for that subject area, with
options to view a complete list of all titles and series (if available) within that
subject.
Find book by Series
You can browse by Series from any subject page. To access this feature, first choose
the Category, then the Subject, and use the drop down at the top of the screen to
navigate to the series listing.
Browse All
Within a subject area, you can view a complete list of titles within that subject
area. To access this feature, first choose the Category, then the Subject and click
on the ‘Browse All Titles’ button near the top of the screen.

2. Ordering
The Shopping Basket
You can purchase books by adding them to shopping basket. Look for the  icon
to add the title to the shopping basket. This icon appears in various places on the
site such as when browsing the categories, subjects and series listings as well as
search results. This makes it easier for you to quickly add the title to the shopping
basket without having to view the full book details. In the book details page, you
can also specify how many copies you want, though there is always the option to change
quantities on the basket page.
The shopping basket will carry your items around while you browse the website until
you choose to checkout. For a running total of how many items you have in the basket
and a running subtotal (without P+P and applicable discounts), look for the  icon
at the top right hand side of the screen. Clicking on this icon at any stage will
bring up the Basket page.
Checkout
For your convenience, Kogan Page operates a customer registration process. This is
quick and simple and only needs to be completed once for your very first order. On
subsequent visits, you will be able to use your unique email address and password
to log in and retrieve your personal and delivery details.
Once you have logged in or registered, there are 3 easy steps to complete your order. PLEASE
NOTE: You can NOT change your basket items at the checkout
stage.

Delivery Details. You can use your default address use a previously saved delivery
address. Alternatively you can enter a new delivery address.

Payment Details. You can either pay by credit/debit card or request a proforma. Please
note, if payment is to be made by proforma invoice, full payment needs to be received
before goods are processed and dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to security reasons, Kogan Page DOES NOT store
your Credit/Debit Card details on file. You are required to enter this information
every time you place an order. The information is only used for the purpose of fulfilling
your order and is then deleted.

Confirm Order. This screen displays the full details of the order including the order
items, totals, delivery and payment details. Please review this screen and click on
the Edit button adjacent to the specific area to correct any details. After you have
reviewed all details, click the Place Order button to submit your order.
You should be presented with a final screen which confirms your order has been received
and a unique Order Reference is displayed. Please make a note of this order reference
in case of any queries. You will also be sent a confirmation email (to your registered
email account) detailing your order.

3. Postage and Packing
There are currently 3 bands for Postage and Packing.
• UK £2.50 Flat Fee
• Rest of the World Surface Mail £3.60 Flat Fee
• Rest of the World Airmail £3.60 + £1.00 Per Book

4. Delivery
Due to our competitive postage and packing costs, please allow up to 14 days for delivery
of your order for UK and Rest of the World Airmail. Rest of the world Surface Mail can take up to 4-6 weeks.

5. Fulfillment of your order
Your order and payment are fulfilled by Littlehampton Book Services (LBS) on behalf
of Kogan Page.

6. Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel
the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7 days of delivery. However,
we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video,
audio, and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please write to Littlehampton Book Services, Faraday Close,
Durrington, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 3RB within seven days of receipt and quoting
the invoice number and date from the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving
the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant
item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip within 30 days. For your protection,
we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive
the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the
item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the
delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for
services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive
notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the
purchase price for that item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
